For Professionals
We welcome referrals from professionals supporting adults who are ready to make a change and would benefit from a structured residential recovery setting. Our referral process is clear, secure and designed to keep you informed at every step.
We are now accepting referrals for when admissions open.
If you need help right now: If you or someone else is in immediate danger, has taken an overdose or needs urgent medical help, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent mental health support, call NHS 111. You can also call Samaritans free on 116 123, day or night, or FRANK on 0300 123 6600 for confidential drugs advice. Our enquiry forms are not monitored as an emergency service.

Every referral is assessed individually. If we cannot meet someone's needs safely, we will tell you promptly and explain why.

Please tell us if the person may need detox or has significant physical or mental health needs. We will discuss how these can be met safely before any admission.
We will explain exactly how any medical care or detox is arranged before admission, so you can make an informed choice.
Funding must be agreed before admission. We work with local authority, NHS and self-funded placements. We can provide information to support funding applications.
