Deciding to change your relationship with drugs or alcohol takes courage. Our new 18-bedroom residential recovery service will offer a calm, safe place to step away from daily pressures, with a structured programme, caring staff and support that continues after you leave.

About Our Recovery Service
XCELL Healthcare Solutions is opening a residential drug and alcohol recovery service with 18 private bedrooms. It is designed for adults who are ready to make a change and would benefit from time away from home in a supportive, structured environment.
We will be clear and honest with you about what the service offers, how it works and whether it is the right fit, before any decision is made.
Who the Service May Support
- Adults aged 18 and over who want to stop or reduce their use of alcohol or drugs
- People who have tried community support and need more structure
- People who need time away from their usual environment to focus on recovery
- People referred by professionals, or contacting us themselves or through family

Places may be self-funded or funded by a local authority or the NHS, depending on individual circumstances. We will talk you through the options confidentially.

Every enquiry is confidential. We only share information with your consent, unless there is a serious risk to you or others. You can choose how and when we contact you.
