Supported Living in Bolton
Independence is not about doing everything alone. It is about having the right support to live life on your own terms. We support adults 18+ to live in their own home, build skills and confidence, and enjoy a full life in their community.
Supported living means having your own tenancy, your own front door and your own choices, with support from our team to do the things you need or want to do. It is a real alternative to residential care: you decide how you live, and we support you to do it safely.
Support can range from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day, depending on your assessed needs.

We can support you in your current home or help you find a suitable tenancy through our housing partners. Your tenancy is separate from your support, giving you the rights of a tenant and the freedom to make your house a home.
