Your Residential Recovery Programme

Recovery is about more than stopping. It is about understanding what has been happening, building new routines and preparing for the life you want. Our residential programme gives you the structure, space and support to do that, at a pace that is right for you.

  • Personal Recovery Plan
  • One-to-One and Group Support
  • Aftercare Planning

If you need help right now: If you or someone else is in immediate danger, has taken an overdose or needs urgent medical help, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent mental health support, call NHS 111. You can also call Samaritans free on 116 123, day or night, or FRANK on 0300 123 6600 for confidential drugs advice. Our enquiry forms are not monitored as an emergency service.

It Starts With Your Recovery Plan

Soon after you arrive, you and your recovery worker create a personal recovery plan together. It sets out what you want to achieve, what support will help and how you will know you are making progress. We review it regularly, and it changes as you do.

How Long Is a Stay?

The length of your stay is agreed during assessment and depends on your needs, goals and funding. We review progress with you throughout.

Preparing for Life After Rehab

From your first week, we start thinking about home. Before you leave, you will have a personal plan for staying well, with support arranged in your community and a clear idea of what to do if things get hard.
