A Skilled, Stable Workforce
Every support worker completes enhanced DBS, reference and right to work checks, a structured induction and mandatory training, including safeguarding, mental capacity, learning disability and autism awareness. Person-specific training and competency sign-off are completed before new staff support someone alone. Teams receive regular supervision, spot checks and appraisals.

Outcomes and Reporting
We agree measurable outcomes with each person and their commissioner, then track progress through regular reviews. We share clear updates, attend review meetings and provide reports on outcomes, incidents and staffing as agreed in the contract.
